Scheduling OG Image
A bookable-at-a-glance preview for your scheduling link
Designs a 1200×630 social preview image for scheduling pages: the booking promise in six words or fewer, duration and price in the subline, and a calendar motif that reads at thumbnail size on light and dark chats.

What’s inside
One SKILL.md (the playbook) + one starter template. A preview:
Scheduling OG Image
When to use
- You send a booking link in email, chat, or social posts and people ignore it because the preview looks blank
- Your scheduling page shares into Slack or iMessage as a grey box with no headline and no reason to click
- You run a coaching, consulting, or services business and the booking link is your front door
- You want the preview to answer "what am I booking, and how long does it take?" before anyone clicks
- You have one scheduling page but share it in many places — bio, newsletter, DMs, QR codes — and need one image that works everywhere
Workflow
- Collect the booking facts (input: your scheduling page → output: fact sheet)
Pull the essentials off the page: the service name, the one-line promise ("Book a 30-minute intro call"), the duration, the timezone handling, and the brand colors and logo. If the page promises something vague ("Let's chat"), tighten it first — the image can only say what the page says. One page = one fact sheet. - Write the preview headline (input: fact sheet → output: headline + subline)
The headline is the booking promise in 6 words or fewer, sized to read at thumbnail scale: "Book your free intro call". The subline carries the logistics: duration, price (or "Free"), and next availability if you have it. Test the headline by shrinking it to the size of a phone notification — if it can't be read there, it's too long. - Lay out the composition (input: headline + brand → output: layout spec)
1200×630 canvas, safe zone in the middle 80% (platforms crop the edges). Headline left or centered, large and high-contrast; a calendar or clock motif as the visual anchor; brand mark small in a corner, never competing with the headline. Leave breathing room — a crowded preview reads as noise at small sizes. - Render and check legibility (input: layout spec → output: preview image)
Produce the image at exactly 1200×630, then check it at three sizes: full size, chat-thumbnail size (~240px wide), and dark-mode chat background. Text must stay readable at the smallest size, and the image must still look intentional on a dark background — no white box edges, no invisible light-grey text. - Ship and verify the share (input: preview image → output: live link preview)
Set the image as the page's OG image, then share the link in a private chat or a preview debugger and look at the actual card. Confirm the headline, image, and page title agree with each other — a mismatch ("Book a call" image on a "Buy now" page) kills trust faster than no image at all.
