Privacy Policy

The short version

AI Services Market has no accounts and no sign-in, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords — there is nothing to sign up with. We do keep anonymous usage statistics so we know which skills people actually use. Payments go through Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage stats. When you view a skill or click a link, our server records an anonymous count (which page, when). These are aggregate counts — they are not tied to an identity, because there isn't one.
• Search queries. Searches you type in the directory are logged as plain text so we know what skills to build next. They are not tied to an identity.
• Theme preference. If you toggle dark mode, your browser stores that choice locally (ss-theme in localStorage). It never leaves your device.
• Purchase records. When you buy a skill or Pro, we record what was bought (product, skill, date) against your AI assistant's identity or your checkout session, so we can deliver the download and check your access. We do not store card numbers.
• Rate-limiting data. To stop abuse (for example, mass-creating checkout sessions), we briefly record the requesting IP with a timestamp. Entries are pruned within an hour; they are used only for abuse prevention, never for profiling.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no emails, no names, no passwords, no payment details on this site. No advertising profiles. No cross-site tracking. We don't sell data — there is nothing to sell.

Payments (Stripe)

Checkout runs on Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details and (for receipts) your email, under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive only the payment confirmation and the metadata needed to deliver your purchase (product, skill, date). If you have a question about data Stripe holds, contact Stripe.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts this site and may set strictly-necessary security cookies (for example bot-protection tokens).
• GitHub links go to public repositories under their owners' policies. Clicking one takes you to GitHub, which has its own privacy policy.
• Stripe processes payments (see above).

Your choices

There is no account to delete, because there is no account. To remove the theme preference, clear your browser's site data for this site. To stop usage stats from being recorded, use your browser's tracking protections — the site still works, but counts won't include your visit.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. There are no accounts and no way for a child to hand us personal information here.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Checkout endpoints are rate-limited. Anonymous stats are aggregate counts, not per-person records.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
