Liquid-Rupture Logo Reveal
Your logo arrives with a splash, not a fade.
Turns your AI into a motion-identity designer that builds a logo reveal where a liquid surface ruptures and parts to reveal the mark — with a timed beat sheet, easing spec, and exports for video, Lottie, and still fallback.

One SKILL.md (the playbook) + one starter template. A preview:
Liquid-Rupture Logo Reveal
When to use
- Your brand launch, rebrand, or keynote needs an opening moment — a logo reveal that the audience actually remembers
- Your logo has a liquid, fluid, or water-adjacent identity and a plain fade-in would waste it
- You need the same reveal to work as a video intro, a website loader, and a social clip without rebuilding it three times
- A previous reveal attempt looked like a stock splash template — you need one built around your actual mark
- You have a real launch date and need the reveal plus all its exports (video, Lottie, still) delivered as one package
Workflow
- Study the mark (input: logo files + brand guidelines → output: mark brief)
Work from the real logo, not a description of it. Record the exact geometry: is it a wordmark, a symbol, or a lockup? What are its thinnest strokes, its negative space, and the one detail that must survive at small sizes? The rupture will be choreographed around these facts — a thin wordmark needs a gentler break than a chunky symbol, and negative space is where the liquid should clear first. If the logo has clearspace rules, note them: the reveal must end with the mark sitting in legal clearspace. - Choreograph the rupture (input: mark brief → output: beat sheet)
Structure the reveal as four beats, timed to a total of 1.5–3 seconds. Beat 1 — Surface: a calm liquid surface fills the frame, tinted with a brand color. Beat 2 — Tension: the surface bulges or ripples at one focal point, telegraphing the break a fraction of a second early so the audience leans in. Beat 3 — Rupture: the surface splits outward from the focal point, droplets and tendrils flying, clearing fastest where the mark's negative space will be. Beat 4 — Settle: the liquid recedes or evaporates, the mark locks into place, and everything is still for at least half a second so the eye can register it. Write the timing of each beat in frames or milliseconds — never "it just happens." - Specify the physics feel (input: beat sheet → output: motion spec)
Decide how the liquid behaves: heavy and slow (honey-like, dramatic, premium) or light and snappy (water-like, energetic). Specify the easing for each beat — the rupture itself should accelerate (ease-in) and the settle should decelerate (ease-out) — plus droplet count, splash direction, and whether the liquid is opaque, translucent, or reflective. If sound is in scope, note the single sound the rupture makes (a soft pop, a splash, a low thud) and where it lands; one sound, timed to the break, beats a layered sound design nobody asked for.
