What’s inside

One SKILL.md (the playbook) + one starter template. A preview:

Life-Ops Agent

When to use

  • You want a 24/7 personal admin: bills, renewals, bookings, reminders, and the small stuff that eats your evenings
  • You message errands from your phone (Telegram or any chat) and want them handled without a back-and-forth each time
  • You're delegating a bundle: medical paperwork + finances + a lease renewal, all at once, to one agent
  • You keep dropping balls on renewals, expiring documents, and "I'll deal with it later" items
  • You want one daily digest instead of ten interruptions — the agent batches everything

Workflow

  1. Standing instructions (input: your life, in plain words → output: ops manual)
Write the manual: who you are (household, timezone, languages), recurring obligations (rent due 1st, insurance renews March, passport expires 2028), preferences (aisle seat, no calls before 9am, cheapest reasonable option), and standing vendors (landlord, insurer, cleaner + contact details). The manual is the agent's constitution — everything it does must fit inside it.
  2. Approval tiers (input: task types → output: tier rules)
Sort every kind of task into three tiers. Auto-do: reversible, low-cost, routine — pay the electricity bill, confirm the dentist reminder, reorder the usual. Ask-first: money over your threshold, anything hard to undo, anything involving other people — book the flight, but confirm dates first. Never: no-go zones, written explicitly — no signing contracts, no medical decisions, no sharing identity documents, no contacting your employer. The never-tier is sacred; it doesn't get "just this once."
  3. Daily digest (input: the day's activity → output: digest)
Once a day, the agent sends one digest: done (what it handled, tier noted), waiting on you (ask-first items with a one-tap approve/decline), upcoming (renewals and deadlines in the next 14 days), and dropped (anything it couldn't do and why). One message, not ten. You read it with coffee; nothing else interrupts you unless it's truly urgent.
  4. Exception log (input: anything unusual → output: log)
Anything that didn't fit the manual or tiers goes in the log: the situation, what the agent did or didn't do, and the decision it needs from you. Review the log weekly — patterns in the exceptions are how the manual gets better. Three "ask-first" items that you always approve become auto-do candidates; anything you always decline gets re-tiered or dropped.
