Run contractor back-office jobs and churn recovery
A contractor used Grok Bot to flag an insurance certificate discrepancy, create work orders from contracts and fill a credit application; another drafted win-back messages.
- What They Did
- A contractor ran Grok Bot on live back-office work for two days. It caught a problem on a subcontractor's insurance certificate and drafted the broker message. It turned a contract into a work order and materials list, and filled a supplier credit application, a city permit form and an inspection booking in the browser. The contractor took over at logins, CAPTCHAs and legal declarations. A separate software business had a Bot draft win-back messages for cancelled customers.
- How It Went
- The contractor's results aren't quantified. The churn Bot reportedly won back several customers, and the operator said the recovered subscriptions covered the Grok Bot cost. No revenue figures were published, and the author says these are self-reported.
- Worth Knowing
- All Bots on one account share a single cloud computer, including browser logins and credentials, so use scoped accounts and keep signatures and legal declarations human.

Review [insurance certificates, contracts, or customer list] in [folder or inbox] and flag any discrepancies, such as mismatched coverage dates or names. Then create [work orders or draft win-back messages] for each [contract or lapsed customer] and put them in [spreadsheet or draft folder]. Do not send anything or submit any form until I have reviewed the drafts. Finish with a summary of what you flagged and what you created.
