Browse, fill forms, and research travel with Operator
A reviewer tried Operator on launch day: it browsed, filled forms, downloaded PDFs from email, researched itineraries, and could book via Booking, though slowly. · Jan 24, 2025
- What They Did
- The reviewer started using Operator in its research preview on launch day. Operator is an agent that opens websites, scrolls, clicks, types and fills in forms for you. He tried it on tasks like downloading PDFs from email and researching travel itineraries. He says it can also book travel through Booking.
- How It Went
- He found it impressive but janky, with occasional slowness, and he says it beats Claude MCP. The free part of the post gives no numbers or task-by-task results. The full details are paywalled.
- Worth Knowing
- The detailed walkthrough and screenshots are paywalled, so the free text only gives a general impression.

Help me plan a trip to [destination] from [start date] to [end date] for [number of travelers] with a budget of about [amount]. Research [number] possible itineraries, compare [number] hotel options on Booking.com that fit my budget and preferences ([preferences, e.g. near the center, free cancellation]), and give me a summary with links and prices. Stop once you've produced the comparison and a recommended pick. Do not book, pay, or submit any form with personal or payment details until you show me exactly what you're about to do and I confirm.
