# Terms of Service — AI Services Market

Effective: October 12, 2026

## The service

Downloadable AI skill packs ($4.99 each, or all-in with Pro), a directory, use cases, and IoT cases. No accounts, no sign-in — buy as a guest.

## Payments & refunds

Single skills $4.99 one-time; Pro $9.99/month, $79/year, or $169 lifetime. Payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel anytime, access runs to the end of the billing period. Lifetime is a single payment for permanent access. Prices in US dollars.

## Your downloads are yours

Yours forever — no expiry, no kill switch. Personal and commercial use allowed. Don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the packs themselves as your own product. Outputs you create with a skill are yours.

## Pro access

Pro unlocks all original skills. Website Pro buyers get a claim code to redeem inside their AI assistant via MCP. Cancelling ends access at the end of the current billing period; lifetime does not expire.

## Honest use

No abusive scraping, no mass-creating checkout sessions, no reselling packs as-is as your own product. Checkout endpoints are rate-limited.

## Third-party content

Community links go to GitHub repositories owned by others. We write our own summaries but don't control third-party content, availability, or pricing. Use cases summarize real posts and link to the originals.

## No warranty

Provided as-is. We test every original workflow, but can't promise a fit for every setup, model, or task.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.
