# Privacy Policy — AI Services Market

Effective: October 12, 2026

## The short version

AI Services Market has no accounts and no sign-in. We keep anonymous usage statistics. Payments go through Stripe; card details go to Stripe, never to us.

## What we collect

Anonymous usage stats (page views, clicks) — aggregate counts, not tied to an identity.
Search queries (plain text, to decide what to build next).
Theme preference (localStorage `ss-theme`, stays on your device).
Purchase records (product, skill, date) against your assistant identity or checkout session, to deliver downloads and check access. No card numbers.
Rate-limiting data (requesting IP + timestamp, pruned within an hour, abuse prevention only).

## What we don't collect

No accounts, no emails, no names, no passwords, no payment details. No advertising profiles. No cross-site tracking. We don't sell data.

## Payments (Stripe)

Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects payment details and (for receipts) email under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment confirmation and the metadata needed to deliver your purchase.

## Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting, security cookies).
GitHub links go to public repos under their owners' policies.
Stripe processes payments (see above).

## Your choices

No account to delete, because there is no account. Clear your browser's site data to remove the theme preference.

## Children

Not directed at children; we don't knowingly collect data from children. No accounts, no way to hand us personal information here.

## Security

HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Checkout endpoints are rate-limited. Stats are aggregate counts, not per-person records.
