Sticker Gifting App Landing

When to use

  • You have an app that lets people send sticker packs as gifts — to a friend's phone, for a birthday, a thank-you, a joke, a celebration — and your current page reads like a feature list nobody finishes
  • A visitor arrives not knowing the product category: they need to understand "I can send stickers as a gift" within seconds, or they leave
  • Downloads are flat because the page talks about the app (features, tech, roadmap) instead of the gift (the moment, the person, the reaction)
  • You need one page that serves both the sender (choosing and sending) and the receiver (what they get, how they open it) without mixing the two stories
  • A launch, a holiday season, or a press mention is about to send traffic to the page and the page needs to convert first-time visitors, not just explain the concept

Workflow

  1. Name the gifting moment (input: app + audience → output: the moment)
Pick the one gifting moment the page leads with — a birthday, a thank-you, a long-distance hello, a congratulations — and write it as a scene, not a feature: "Your friend's birthday is Thursday. You are three time zones away. You send a pack of stickers that lands on their phone with your note attached." Everything on the page serves that scene: the hero, the pack previews, the steps, the proof. A page that tries to sell every occasion at once sells none of them; one vivid moment makes the visitor picture their own person. If the app serves several moments, the page leads with one and lets the others live further down.
  2. Show the gift, not the app (input: the moment → output: hero + pack previews)
Build the hero around the gift arriving: a phone screen showing a sticker pack landing with a short personal note, and a headline in the sender's voice — "Send a sticker pack they'll actually keep." Below it, preview 4–6 real sticker packs the way a gift shop shows gifts: each pack with a name, a theme (birthday, thank-you, funny, cozy, celebration), a few visible stickers, and who it is for. Show the stickers big enough to judge — a visitor deciding on a gift needs to see the art, not a thumbnail grid of thumbnails. Never lead with screenshots of settings, menus, or onboarding flows; the gift is the product, the app is the wrapping.
  3. Explain sending in three steps (input: the app's flow → output: the how-it-works)
Reduce the sending flow to three steps a child could follow: pick a pack, add your note, send it to their phone. Show each step with one image — the pack, the note being written, the gift arriving — and one line of copy. State plainly what the receiver needs (an app install? a link? nothing but a phone number?) and what the gift costs, including whether the receiver pays anything (they should not — say so). If sending requires the receiver to install the app, say that before the download button, not after — a surprise install step at the end is where goodwill dies.
  4. Answer the sender's doubts (input: support questions + reviews → output: the reassurance section)
List the questions a first-time sender actually asks — "Will they like it?", "What if they don't have the app?", "Can I schedule it for their birthday?", "Can I get a refund if I pick the wrong pack?" — and answer each in one or two lines, in plain language, near the download button rather than buried in a help center. Add proof in the receiver's voice: short reactions from real gift recipients ("I laughed out loud at my desk"), with first names only, and the number of packs sent if you can state it honestly. A consumer gift page earns trust through the receiver's delight, not through the company's claims about itself.
  5. Build the download and check the page (input: full page → output: a verified page)
Build the download section around one action: the store buttons (both stores, if both exist) and one line restating the promise ("Pick a pack, add your note, send it in under a minute"). Keep the page to one call to action — download — repeated at the hero, after the packs, and at the end; a second action ("Sign up for our newsletter") splits the decision. Then check the page as a stranger on a phone: can you understand the gift in five seconds, pick a pack in thirty, and reach the store in one tap? Test both store links, confirm pricing claims match the store listings, and confirm every pack shown is actually available in the app today.
