Sticker Agency Landing
When to use
- Your agency designs and produces custom stickers — die-cut, vinyl, holographic, kiss-cut, labels — for brands, events, and creators, and your current page is a bare contact form with no proof of the work
- A brand manager lands on your site wondering two things: "Is their work good?" and "Can they handle my order?" — and the page answers neither within seconds
- You offer several services (design, printing, finishing, fulfillment) and visitors cannot tell what you do, what it costs, or how long it takes
- Referral and word-of-mouth traffic arrives warm but bounces because the page looks like a template with no real projects on it
- You need one page that serves both small creators ordering a few hundred stickers and brands ordering tens of thousands, without confusing either
Workflow
- Collect the proof first (input: agency records → output: a proof pack)
Gather the material that proves the work before writing a word: 6–12 real finished projects, each with a photo of the actual stickers (not mockups alone), the client type (brewery, band, conference, skincare brand), the format (die-cut vinyl, holographic, kiss-cut sheet), the quantity, and one line from the client if you have permission to quote them. Sort them into the service lines the page will sell — design, printing, finishing, fulfillment — so every claim on the page has a project behind it. A portfolio with no quantities reads as decoration; a portfolio with quantities reads as a track record. - Structure the page around the buyer's questions (input: proof pack → output: the page outline)
Order the sections the way a buyer thinks, not the way an agency wants to talk about itself: hero (what you make + who it is for + one call to action), work (the portfolio, biggest and best first), services (what you do, in plain language, with starting prices or price ranges), process (how an order runs, step by step, with honest timelines), proof (client words and order numbers), and inquiry (one short form + what happens next). Every section answers one question: "What is this?", "Is the work good?", "What do you do?", "How does it work?", "Can I trust you?", "How do I start?" If a section does not answer one of those, cut it. - Build the hero and the work section (input: outline + proof pack → output: hero + portfolio)
Build the hero around one sentence — "Custom stickers for brands that want to be stuck on laptops, bottles, and bumpers" — with a real photo of real stickers in the wild, not a render, and one call to action ("Get a quote"). Then build the work section as a grid of real projects, each card showing the finished stickers, the client type, the format, and the quantity, with a filter by format or industry if the portfolio is large. Lead with the strongest project, not the newest — the first three cards decide whether the visitor scrolls. Link the best cards to short case pages with the brief, the result, and the timeline. - Write services, process, and pricing (input: outline → output: services + process + pricing)
Write each service in one line of plain language — "Design: we turn your logo or idea into print-ready sticker artwork" — followed by what is included, the formats it covers, and a starting price or price range. Never write "contact us for pricing" with no numbers at all: a range ("die-cut vinyl from $X per 500") filters out bad fits and invites good ones. Lay the process out as 4–5 steps with honest timelines (artwork → proof → print → ship), including who approves what and when. If minimum orders, artwork fees, or shipping times exist, state them here — surprises after inquiry cost more than they earn. - Build the inquiry and check the page (input: full page → output: a verified page)
Build the inquiry as one short form — name, email, what you need (format, quantity, deadline), artwork status (have it / need design) — plus a line saying what happens next ("We reply within one business day with a quote and a timeline") and a real human's name behind it. Then check the page as a stranger: load it on a phone, read only the hero and the first three portfolio cards, and ask whether you know what the agency makes, whether the work looks good, and what to do next. Test the form end to end, confirm the reply promise is one the agency actually keeps, and check every price and timeline against the real price list — a landing page that overpromises is a refund conversation waiting to happen.
