Chapter to Stacked Detail
Verwandeln Sie jeden Kapiteltitel in seinen eigenen Agenda-Stapel.

Chapter to Stacked Detail
When to use
- A tutorial or explainer video moves into a new chapter and you want the chapter title to become the chapter's agenda, not just flash past it
- A section has 3–6 sub-points that deserve to stay visible while you talk through them
- A title card feels too empty on its own, but a full bullet slide feels like a wall of text
- You need a repeatable chapter opener: same motion every chapter, different words each time
- A long video needs visual landmarks so viewers can tell where one chapter ends and the next begins
Workflow
- Write the chapter line and its stack (input: chapter outline → output: one title + 3–6 stack lines)
One chapter = one title (≤6 words) + 3–6 detail lines, each ≤8 words. If a detail line needs a second clause, it is two lines — split it. Order the stack in the order you will talk through it. Number the lines only if the order matters; otherwise leave them unnumbered so the stack reads as a set, not a sequence. - Set the title hold (input: title → output: title card keyframes)
The title card sits centered, full size, for 0.8–1.2 seconds before anything moves. No drift, no slow zoom — a dead-still hold reads as confidence and gives the viewer's eyes time to land. If the chapter title is also spoken aloud, start the hold on the first spoken word, not before it. - Split into the stack (input: title card → output: stack animation keyframes)
The title card shrinks to ~70% and slides up to become the stack header. Then the detail cards drop in from above, one at a time, each landing on top of the previous one with a 90–130 ms stagger. Each card enters with a short overshoot: it falls ~24 px past its resting position and settles back with a spring (damping ~0.7). The stack grows downward; the header never moves once placed. Total split: 0.9–1.4 seconds for a 4-card stack. - Settle and hold the stack (input: animated stack → output: static stack hold)
After the last card lands, freeze the full stack for at least 1.5 seconds before narration moves on or the camera cuts away. During the hold, add one subtle depth cue: a 2–4 px shadow under each card, slightly stronger on lower cards, so the stack reads as layered paper rather than flat boxes. Do not animate the stack while talking through point 1 — the viewer's eyes need a stable target. - Exit to content (input: settled stack → output: exit transition)
When the chapter content starts, exit in one of two ways: either the whole stack slides up and off-frame together (0.35 s, ease-in) as the first content shot fades in beneath it, or the stack collapses back into the title card (reverse of step 3, 0.5 s) and the title dissolves. Never exit card-by-card in reverse stagger — it reads as rewinding and wastes a full second. Pick one exit style and use it for every chapter in the video.

Chapter to Stacked Detail — Production Template
One chapter = one title + one stack. Fill this in per chapter, then animate with the same timing every time.
Chapter: {chapter number} — {chapter title, ≤6 words}
Spoken intro line (matches the title hold): "{line the narrator says as the title sits still}"
Stack lines (3–6, each ≤8 words, in talk-through order)
Numbered stack? [ ] Yes — order matters [ ] No — reads as a set
Timing
Style (lock once per video, reuse for all chapters)
- Card fill: {color} | Text: {color, size} | Alignment: left
- Card shadow: {2–4 px}, stronger on lower cards
- Header scale: {~70%} | Corner radius: {px}
